I am really having a hard time for the last few weeks. I am finding it very difficult to eat everything that I need to eat to maintain my caloric intake. I for sure need to excercise more and get my ass off of the couch in front of the computer. I am hoping that will happen now that spring has sprung and I can go outside - we will see. I am just in a funk and I need to refocus.
ALRIGHT I think I have it !!! I will make myself come on here religously for the next week and see if it helps me control my food intake and my excercise a bit better than I have been. I think I need a bigger incentive and I may only get it if I push myself to really think about what I am doing. My very first goal of this week is to track absolutely everything including my excersice so that maybe I can better see where I am needing the help.
