Today is my 3 month anniversary of starting a new "lifestyle." However this past week-end was my first of really messing up and not recording anything. However, it is difficult to record all the little bites of this and that, I had at the themepark. I still tried to take only small portions and make good choices. There is no way I could put it on my diet calendar. I have NO idea how much or exactly what I ate. (awesome Bavarian pretzel, homemade candy taffy, grilled hamburger, sweet potato fries, etc etc). I'm back on track now though. It was so nice to enjoy the day at Silver Dollar City and NOT get tired and NOT feel like I was busting out of my capris! :) 3 months (Jan 19th to April 19th): 19 lbs lost
