第36天-晚餐 中餐及午茶伙食太好了,晚餐清爽些, 白莧菜湯-鈣,鎂,磷,鉀鐵礦物質多,好像紅莧菜更好,加些小魚乾,紅蘿蔔,玉米筍增加甜味完全無油,只加少量鹽,在悶熱的天氣放涼喝也很好喝喔~😋😋
