I just realized that the phone app is nice but the desktop platform has much more info (or maybe I haven't learned how to maneuver around on the phone yet.) To anyone who maybe reading this just know I appreciate the support or even the fact that you read my ramblings. I hope to return the favor....I am finding that there is an interesting form of accountability developing in this process. May today be a good day!

Accountability is important in the process IMLTHO, and like you, found tracking intake here and especially journaling my thoughts and observations provides that foundation of accountability I need.. even though, being a typical guy, I struggle exposing what is going on in my head. Keep at what you are doing, talk about as you feel the need. Your back is well and truly got here bruddah. BTW the web site and the mobile app do diverge quite a bit between what they can do. I use them both in different ways. I think there is a different dev/support team for each. Only explanation for the lack of unified direction.

I much prefer the desktop site to the phone app. I only use the app at night to log dinner and on the weekends. 90% of the time, I am using the desktop site.
