Cheat day yesterday. Other than that good most of the week. New scale has been giving me wide ranging weighing. Sometimes showing as low at 260's now in the 280's (perhaps related to the location of the scale on the floor). The higher numbers seem a bit more accurate so I am going to stay with them and look for dropping numbers.
My activity levels are still not where they ought to be but more movement is a good thing. Swam on monday and did a three mile walk yesterday.
