Gapapa, aku awal banget dari yg ga pernah olahraga sama sekali baru belajar olahraga, pertama2 pas hari minggu pagi aja olahraganya, lama-lama klo sudah mulai suka, baru 2x, lalu 3x, atau sesukanya dan sesempatnya aja pas ada moodnya.. suka-suka aja dinikmati
