I had a slack weekend. I felt like I needed a weekend off to refocus my thoughts and just chill out for a while. Although I didn't break out the blue cheese and the chocolate cake, I did indulge in a couple of glasses of wine, didn't count my calories and didn't go to the gym. I also refused to weight myself all weekend as I was just so annoyed with ym scale. ( I know it's irrational to be annoyed at an object, but sometime I just can't help myself!!)
However,I didn't GAIN any weight all weekend, which was really nice! I'm sitting steady on 87kgs. And now I feel recharged and ready to go at it all again. Especially after watching the Bigget Loser Finale last night! That was so inspirational that for the first time a woman won!
I have a Personal Training Session on Wednesday (that I'm a little bit scared about...my P/t just about KILLS me, although I know it's good for me), and if I can get to the gym tonight, I'll be happy. And I've booked my littlest one into the creche at the gym on Friday, so I know I'll get to go then too.
I've also signed up to do the 8km walk at the Mother's Day Classic Fun Run in May, I have to get some serious walking training in as well. I'm really looking forward to doing it!
