Fell of the wagon for a bit while I quit smoking. Now that's out of the way and it's time to get back to basics. I think I did really well this week: exercised regularly, made some paleo treats for my cheat day. Moved my goal to 145. I have a lot of sagging belly matter and I'm hoping if I clear some more fat out of it, it will start to shrink. But, I'm trying to mentally prepare myself for if/when it doesn't.
