@chichi aq makan ga yg eat clean kadang suka mkn yg kotor bakso mie ayam dlm 1 minggu bisa 2-3 kli mlh mkn kotor cuma aq aktf gerak sama olahraga.trs yg penting wlpn aq mkn kotor tetep defisit kalori
