(早餐) 蘋果 x1 + 牛番茄 x1 + 伯朗黑咖啡200cc

(午餐) 水煮雞胸肉(有皮)350g + 特製沾醬30cc

(晚餐) 福州乾拌麵(中碗)約400g
+ 紅燒獅子頭 x2 + 滷蛋半顆 x1
+ 竹筍炒高麗菜110g

(運動) 騎腳踏車1.5hr
73 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 21 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
