Coba lht brp protein yg udh aku mkn hari ini. Pdhl aku cm mkn ikan mujair bakar yg kecil bgt 3-4 ekor (lupa wkwk) & udang bakar jg kecil bgt seukuran jari kelingking 12-15 ekor. Nah, skrg udh ada gambaran kan kalau bs jd slma ini kita mkn protein lbh

Bayangin kita sarapan pecel ikan ayam, makan siang bakso, makan malam nasi bebek. Coba deh bayangin berapa protein yg masuk. Kalau emg nge gym khususnya mau nambah massa otot. Protein banyak gpp, tp kalau kelebihan, dijamin bb naik. Karena mau diapain juga dia bakal ada trs ditubuh kalau ga dibakar.

Hati2 neng, kalo kebanyakan protein akan memperberat kerja ginjal utk mengeluarkan protein yg berlebihan dr tubuh
