My lack of progress is getting me down. I know I have not followed my diet in the last couple of months. My mind just wasn't in it. I don't feel good about myself today, a bit like when I started on this journey. I don't want feel like this again, it stopped me from doing the things I enjoy. Off for some exercise now, hopefully it will clear my mind.

I'm in a similar place, had time out and am back trying to regain the passion. Just going through the motions of logging all my food and journalling again has been the best thing....hopefully weight loss will follow which means a boost to moral and the will power to carry on. Regaining focus is hard...just try doing the right things, no matter where your heart or head is at, hopefully your focus will return all by itself XX

Reporting back after exercise. Erika, I feel much better now. And no desire to snack. That's just one more benefit of working out. I will rest my muscles until Thursday otherwise I won't make it through the one-hour killer KB class. Di...I'm glad you're back on track too. I'm sure you'll see some movement on the scales soon. You've done so well.
