Whoa.... Great weather out... enjoying it but drank a lot this week and it showed on the scale! I must be careful cuz beer is my weekness and why I was overweight in the first place!

69.9 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg. Still to go: 8.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
